SENIOR HR OPERATIONS

Industry: Manufacturing – Ceramic Tableware Location: Cimanggis – West Java About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead HR Operations activities, ensure labor compliance, maintain positive industrial relations, and drive continuous improvement of HR systems and processes within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage HR operational activities, including personnel administration, attendance management, shift scheduling, employee documentation, and HR data accuracy. Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, company policies, and internal procedures while minimizing employment-related risks.

Manage industrial relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and labor union engagement to maintain a productive work environment. Monitor labor costs and analyze HR metrics to support workforce planning, productivity improvement, and management decision-making. Coordinate internal and external audits related to labor compliance, workplace standards, and HR processes.

Drive HRIS optimization and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of HR Operations experience, preferably within a manufacturing company. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and employment regulations, including the Omnibus Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
