QA Supervisor

About the role PT CINTA TULUS ALAM INDONESIA is seeking an experienced QA Supervisor to join our team in Cibinong, Bogor, Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position to lead our Quality Assurance team in ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food safety systems, quality management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards. Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily QA activities to ensure compliance with food safety standards and company quality requirements. Monitor production processes and ensure products meet established quality specifications from raw materials to finished goods. Implement and maintain quality systems, including HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000, and other relevant food safety standards.

Conduct quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Manage internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits to ensure continuous compliance. Ensure effective implementation of sanitation, hygiene, and food safety programs within production areas.

Analyze quality performance data and provide improvement recommendations. Lead, train, and develop QA team members to achieve quality objectives. Work closely with Production, R&D, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
