Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Service and Repair Supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin tim departemen servis dalam menjalankan aktivitas perbaikan dan pemeliharaan produk, baik untuk produk SEW maupun non-SEW. Peran ini mencakup pengawasan operasional di dalam pabrik (in-house) maupun di lapangan (outdoor). Anda akan memastikan seluruh pekerjaan servis dan perbaikan diselesaikan tepat waktu sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur kualitas SEW. Tanggung jawab lainnya meliputi penyediaan laporan servis setelah penilaian selesai, memberikan pelatihan kepada staf servis lokal dan regional, serta mengelola seluruh peralatan dan perlengkapan di bengkel, termasuk pemeliharaan dan sertifikasi tahunan. Selain itu, Anda bertanggung jawab atas aspek kebersihan, keselamatan kerja (K3), dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) di area kerja bengkel.
Tanggung jawab: Perform in-house services and repair work for SEW & non SEW products; Perform outdoor services and repair work for SEW & non SEW products, such as on-site commissioning, repairs, supervision & training; Carry out after office hour service (24 hours service duty) when required; Lead a team of service dept. personnel for in house factory & outdoor domestic service activities; Provide service reports upon completion of assessment and repair activities; Provide training SEW local and regional service staff; Responsible for on time service & repair activities for SEW & non SEW products; Responsible for the overall quality service & repair works in accordance to SEW standards and procedures; Responsible for all tools and equipment in the workshop, including yearly certification/maintenance; Responsible for all housekeeping activities & safety matters within the workshop service area.
