Molding, Mold Maintenance Supervisor
Tanggung jawab: Manage Mould Maintenance activities, including preparation, cleaning, inspection, and maintenance after production; Ensure mould readiness according to production and quality standards; Handle mould repair and troubleshooting for defects or abnormalities; Coordinate mould trials after repair or maintenance according to QA standards; Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, and Work Instructions; Monitor mould performance and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within Mould Maintenance; Experience in mould maintenance within a manufacturing environment is preferred; Proficient in Mouldflow Simulation and Analysis; Willing to be placed at Plant Karawang.
