Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Leader Engineering memegang peranan penting dalam memimpin berbagai proyek teknik, pengembangan lini produksi baru, serta optimalisasi peralatan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas, dan efisiensi biaya secara keseluruhan di lingkungan manufaktur. Peran ini mencakup penyusunan dokumen proyek teknik seperti FMEA, QCPC, dan gambar proses sesuai standar kontrol IATF. Tanggung jawab harian meliputi penanganan masalah yang timbul selama proses produksi, pelaksanaan analisis akar masalah (root cause analysis) bekerja sama dengan departemen terkait, serta pelaksanaan kegiatan perbaikan berkesinambungan seperti Kaizen dan Yokoten. Leader Engineering juga bertanggung jawab dalam modifikasi mesin, uji coba teknik, pengendalian Henkaten dan PCN Engineering, serta kolaborasi lintas departemen untuk menyelesaikan berbagai isu teknis operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Preparation New Project document such as FMEA, QCPC, Process Drawing, etc; Development dan prepare line for New Model; Developed and maintained Engineering Document control base on IATF; Must be able to read and create engineering drawings; Machine modification, engineering trial, and equipment optimization projects to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency; Follow up problems that occur during the production process and rootcause problem analysis along with improvement with related teams to increase productivity and work efficiency; Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, and suppliers to resolve technical issues; Experience in operating PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is an advantage; Control Henkaten dan PCN Engineering; Ability to perform Kaizen and Yokoten; Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement.
