Sebuah perusahaan manufaktur komponen otomotif terkemuka di Karawang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Production Assistant Supervisor. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam merencanakan jadwal produksi secara rinci, mengkoordinasikan kelancaran proses manufaktur di lantai produksi, serta berkolaborasi dengan departemen terkait seperti Supply Chain dan Quality Assurance guna memastikan tercapainya target pengiriman dan efisiensi operasional berdasarkan standar industri yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Create and manage detailed production schedules to ensure products are delivered on time; Oversee and coordinate production processes to maintain smooth operations and timely output; Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, applying corrective measures when necessary; Evaluate inventory levels and production capacity to optimize the use of available resources; Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement departments to ensure the timely availability of materials; Continuously monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing demands; Coordinate with other departments, including Procurement and Quality Assurance, to ensure cohesive and efficient production operations; Other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Minimum Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering; Minimum conversational English proficiency; Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Leader in the automotive or electronics manufacturing sector, with proven expertise in managing assembly line operations, including production teams, Group Leaders, and Line Leaders; Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards; Skilled in calculating workforce requirements, production lead times, and material requirements; [Only CV in English will be processed].
