The Virtual Shopping Live Host for Eiger Malaysia is a dynamic role focused on engaging customers through live streaming platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. The host will showcase products, conduct real-time Q&A sessions, and build brand storytelling to drive sales and customer engagement. This position requires a vibrant personality, the ability to demonstrate product features effectively, and collaboration with global e-commerce and marketing teams to plan content and promotional schedules. The live streams are conducted from studios in Bandung.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct Live Streams at Studios in Bandung to drive sales and engage audiences on TikTok & Shopee; Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage with clarity and enthusiasm; Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and responding to comments; Collaborate with the Global e-commerce and marketing teams to plan content, scripts, and promotional schedules; Monitor live stream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and provide feedback; Produce short-form videos and highlights to showcase products and the EIGER brand.
