As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced, mass-hiring environment. This internship provides hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, conducting initial profile screenings, and performing interviews. You will play a key role in coordinating the hiring process, managing candidate communications, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently from initial contact through to onboarding.
Tanggung jawab: Review incoming applications and source potential candidates across various platforms; Conduct thorough profile screenings to match volume hiring requirements; Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit; Coordinate interview schedules with user departments; Manage high-volume candidate communications; Support administrative processes through to successful hiring.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources operations; Experience or familiarity with mass-hiring/volume recruitment processes is a strong plus; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills; High attention to detail, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
