The Role As a System Analyst, you will act as the crucial bridge between our business operations (Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales) and our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for evaluating, maintaining, and enhancing our ERP system to ensure it aligns perfectly with our complex B2B manufacturing workflows. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven working experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant. ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience managing, configuring, or implementing any major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics (GP or 365), NetSuite, Odoo, or Infor). Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the manufacturing sector or B2B environments is highly preferred. Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and production modules is a major plus. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in SQL, database management, and basic understanding of API integrations. Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills (both technical and non-technical), and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities Vendor & Consultant Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between PT. Tasen and our external Microsoft Dynamics GP consultants. Clearly communicate business requirements, request system adjustments, and oversee the successful delivery of their solutions. Master Data Management: Take ownership of the ERP’s core data. Create, maintain, and organize Master Data (such as item records, Bills of Materials for diapers and masks, vendor details, and customer profiles) to ensure complete data accuracy and system integrity. Data Analysis & Organization: Regularly analyze system data to identify trends, ensure data hygiene, and help leadership make informed decisions regarding production, inventory, and B2B sales cycles. End-User Diagnostics & Support: Work hands-on with internal teams (Production, Finance, Supply Chain) to troubleshoot day-to-day Dynamics GP issues. Diagnose functional problems, provide immediate guidance, and escalate complex technical bugs to our external consultants when necessary. Process Translation & Testing: Collaborate with department heads to understand their pain points. Document these needs into clear briefs for the ERP consultants, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the consultants' fixes or updates work exactly as intended before going live.
