Kualifikasi

• Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industries
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulations, as well as export-import processes
• Frequently handles cross-border exports and imports
• Proficient in using logistics and supply chain related systems and applications
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented
• Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and join ASAP

Tanggung Jawab

• Process the necessary export and import documents, such as waybills, invoices, manifests, and other documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
• Coordinate with customs, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery and receipt of goods
• Monitor the status of shipments and receipts, and identify and resolve any issues that arise
• Analyze statistical data and prepare regular reports on export-import activities
• Provide other administrative and logistical support as needed to support the operations team
