Event and Production Specialist

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage end-to-end event execution, including event planning, budgeting, timeline management, on-site coordination, and post-event evaluation
• Develop event rundown, production timeline, and ensure smooth execution of all event activities
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, Audio Visual (AV) requirements, and operational needs
• Conduct vendor research, negotiation, budgeting, and quality control for event production needs, merchandise, brochures, and promotional materials
• Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure event readiness
• Handle speaker administration, calendar invitations, and sponsorship activities
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design and Digital Teams for event registration pages, participant communication, and database management
• Manage participant data, perform data cleaning, and deliver updated prospect databases after each event
