Senior People & Culture Executive

We're looking for a passionate and energetic Senior People & Culture Executive (Recruiter) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building great teams while creating an exceptional employee experience. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding. Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels and sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a positive recruitment experience. Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture programs. Foster positive relationships with employees and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture. Support other People & Culture initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in tech recruitment .

Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools is an advantage. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
