QAQC Manager

Job Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations. - Ensure all construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with approved specifications, drawings, contract requirements, and relevant codes and standards.

- Lead and supervise the QA/QC team in carrying out inspections, testing, and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are achieved. - Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Quality Control Procedures, and other quality-related documentation.

- Monitor site quality performance, identify non-conformities, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support external audits conducted by clients or certification bodies. - Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and material approvals.

- Analyze quality trends and prepare periodic quality performance reports for project management and senior management. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across project teams. - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and the company's Quality Management System.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. - Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
