The Quality Control Staff is responsible for maintaining product excellence through rigorous inspection processes. This role covers the entire production lifecycle, from incoming materials to final product delivery. Key responsibilities include inspecting incoming OEM, OES, and new model parts, conducting daily process and product audits, and performing final goods (FG) inspections at the end of the production line. The staff member is also tasked with supplier quality management, including audits and documentation review, as well as monitoring the calibration status of gauges and testing machines to ensure measurement reliability.
Tanggung jawab: Inspect incoming OEM, OES, and New Model parts according to quality standards; Record and report inspection results and NG findings; Conduct daily quality patrols, process audits, and product audits; Conduct FG inspection at End of Line and before delivery; Ensure production processes and products comply with applicable standards; Conduct regular supplier audits, review supplier quality documents, and follow up quality issues; Monitor calibration status of gauges and testing machines and conduct periodic R&R checks.
