Monitor HSE implementation and workplace safety compliance. Peran ini bertugas mengawasi penerapan standar Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (HSE), melakukan inspeksi rutin, serta memastikan seluruh prosedur keselamatan dan sistem manajemen mutu berjalan optimal di lingkungan kerja khususnya manufaktur.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor HSE implementation and workplace safety compliance; Conduct routine HSE inspections and support internal audits; Prepare and maintain HSE & QMS documentation and reports; Support ISO, SMK3, and QMS implementation; Coordinate HSE programs, training, and emergency drills; Promote safety awareness and PPE compliance.
Kualifikasi: Requirements:; D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field; Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE/QHSE, preferably in manufacturing; General K3 certification is mandatory; Knowledge of K3 regulations, ISO 45001, SMK3, and QMS; Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills; Detail-oriented, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
