About the role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing professional to join our team at our Tambun Selatan facility in Jawa Barat. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our supply chain operations. As a Purchasing professional, you will be responsible for sourcing, procuring and managing materials and services essential to our manufacturing and logistics operations. You will work with suppliers, internal departments and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality goods at competitive prices, whilst maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key responsibilities Identifying, evaluating and selecting appropriate suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, reliability and service criteria Preparing and issuing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery terms

Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules Managing supplier relationships and communications, addressing issues and maintaining productive partnerships Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to ensure adequate stock availability

Tracking orders and expediting delivery of materials when necessary to meet production and operational requirements Maintaining accurate purchasing records, documentation and databases for audit and reporting purposes Analysing procurement costs and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements
