About the role PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Purchasing Staff - Mandarin Speaker to join our client team (a Japanese company) in Cikarang Pusat, West Java . This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our purchasing operations and vendor management activities. As a Purchasing Staff member with Mandarin language capabilities, you will be instrumental in facilitating communication with Chinese suppliers. Key responsibilities Conduct research and identify potential new Chinese vendors.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors. Handle correspondence and maintain communication with vendors. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment of purchased goods.
