Bandung / Jakarta PT BREXA Indonesia is currently hiring on behalf of our client , a leading Local Service Company based in Bandung , for the position of Manager – Busline Operations . If you have a strong background in transportation operations, fleet management, and leading operational teams, this could be the right opportunity for you. Bachelor's Degree in Transportation Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation, passenger service, or fleet operations. At least 2 years of leadership experience managing operational teams. Strong understanding of transportation operations, fleet readiness, operational safety, and regulatory compliance. Experience analyzing operational data using ERP systems, dashboards, GPS/FMS, or spreadsheets. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Willing to work in a dynamic operational environment and respond to operational issues outside regular working hours when necessary.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans to ensure smooth busline operations; Ensure fleet readiness, driver and trip attendant availability, and operational facilities meet service standards; Monitor daily bus operations to achieve excellent On-Time Performance (OTP) and service quality; Oversee operational activities across terminals, hubs, pools, rest areas, and destination points; Lead and develop the Trip Attendant team while maintaining high customer service standards; Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Driver Management, Network Planning, Commercial, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams; Manage customer complaints and implement effective service recovery initiatives; Ensure operational permits, vehicle documentation, and regulatory compliance are maintained; Monitor fuel consumption, operational costs, fleet efficiency, and telematics data to improve productivity; Lead operational safety initiatives, emergency response, and incident management while ensuring compliance with company safety standards; Drive continuous improvement to achieve operational KPIs, including On-Time Performance (OTP), load factor, complaint rate, fuel efficiency, and overall service quality.
