We are currently seeking a Jr. Spv Procurement to join our team. As a Jr. Spv Procurement at PT TORISHIMA SERVICES INDONESIA, you will play a carry out the procurement of goods and services for project and operational requirements in accordance with quality and time requirements. Jr. Spv Procurement Requirements
Tanggung Jawab
- Procurement/Purchase of goods/services for production needs, especially for ME, Trading or Turbine project in accordance with the stages regulated in the procedure
- Ensure that the procurement of goods and services for project and operational requirements in accordance with quality and time requirements
- Monitor and ensure that all goods delivery schedules can be fulfilled by the Vendor in accordance with mutual agreements
- Coordinate with related departments/users in the process of purchasing goods
- Conducting Vendor Development (Finding new Vendors, developing existing Vendor capabilities)
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing goods activities at the MM2100 Warehouse and ensure that the goods distribution process is carried out properly
- Manage all documents regulated in purchasing procedures and other laws related to procurement of goods/services
- Can meet the KRA (Key Result Area) target given by the Company
- Able to implement the HSE program in the work environment in accordance with procedures and actively participate in the overall HSE program launched by the Company
- Skills:
- Negotiation skill
- Office application (doc, sheet, slide)
