Perusahaan sedang mencari Purchasing & Logistic Supervisor yang terampil untuk memimpin dan mengawasi tim logistik serta pembelian guna memastikan kelancaran seluruh proses manufaktur. Kandidat ideal harus memiliki latar belakang yang kuat dalam manajemen logistik, pembelian, dan pergudangan. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk merencanakan dan mengkoordinasikan aktivitas pergudangan, pengiriman, inventori, dan pengadaan barang, mengawasi kinerja para staf pembeli, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar QHSE dan peraturan keselamatan kerja yang berlaku di perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure that the parts purchasing system within the Purchasing and Logistics department operates in accordance with established procedures; Supervise, guide, and direct buyers to ensure the purchasing system functions effectively and efficiently; Identify, analyze, and resolve issues as they arise, while coordinating both within the department and across departments; Plan and coordinate warehousing, shipping, inventory, and purchasing activities to ensure that goods requisition and procurement processes meet requirements in a timely, efficient, and effective manner; Plan and control export, import, and warehousing support activities, covering both internal and external operations; Manage, control, and optimize the allocation of human resources and equipment; Collaborate with logistics personnel across all areas to formulate company logistics policies and strategies, serving as a framework for logistics management and supporting goods procurement at all locations; Maintain responsibility for material and finished goods inventory levels in their respective warehouses; Receive and process goods requisitions from all departments, oversee shipments from suppliers and to customers, and verify that received goods match orders; Prepare the logistics budget and ensure operational activities run efficiently and effectively within the allocated budget.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) majoring in Engineering or related major, bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred; Minimum 8 years of experience in plastic injection molding, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role; Capable of analyzing process data and driving continuous improvement initiatives; Certified ISO (9001, 14001) and or IATF is preferable; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to prepare technical and performance reports; Strong understanding of SOP, Work Instructions, QHSE standards, and safety regulations; Demonstrated leadership capability with experience supervising and developing a team; Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills; Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; Detail oriented, accurate, and well organized; Able to coordinate effectively with team and related departments; Able to work under pressure and flexible with working hours when required; High level of integrity, discipline, responsibility and professionalism; Honest and trustworthy; Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
