Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional terlatih untuk bergabung sebagai Purchasing Officer yang akan ditempatkan secara on-site di Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Posisi ini memegang peran vital dalam pengelolaan pengadaan barang dan material teknik untuk mendukung kelancaran proyek konstruksi hingga produksi komersial. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab memimpin pengadaan end-to-end peralatan khusus dan material teknis, melakukan negosiasi komersial dengan vendor internasional maupun kontraktor, serta memastikan seluruh spesifikasi fasilitas dan peralatan mematuhi standar regulasi yang berlaku seperti CPAKB, ISO 13485, standar MOH, serta ketentuan Halal.
Tanggung jawab: Track project timelines, budgets, risk registers, and construction milestones in close coordination with project teams; Lead end-to-end procurement of specialized equipment and technical materials from construction through commercial production; Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, warranties, and SLAs with contractors, overseas vendors, and technology owners; Facilitate technology transfer, quality management systems (QMS), and training programs for local technical teams; Ensure equipment specifications and facility workflows comply with CPAKB, ISO 13485, MOH regulations, and Halal standards.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with a registered Pharmacist (Apoteker) professional degree; 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing, preferably in pharma, medical devices, or industrial projects; Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for cross-border vendor negotiations; proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Proven commercial negotiation skills, project coordination, and analytical problem-solving mindset; Willing to work on-site in Cikarang, West Java.
