Overview: Our client is a leading Japanese manufacturing company specializing in the production of diesel engines, industrial machinery, and advanced equipment for various industries. As part of a globally recognized group, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable, and innovative products backed by decades of engineering expertise. Requirement : • Mechanical / Agricultural Engineering Bachelor's degree • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Training Center, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role, in Construction / Agriculture Machinery / Automotive or similar industry • Strong knowledge of training curriculum development, instructional design, and certification program management • Proficiency in MS Office applications and online learning system (LMS) • Fluent in English, Japanese is an advantage (Min JLPT N3) Responsibilities : Training Center Management : 1. Develop Training Center strategy, annual plan, and budget in line with Customer Service & Spare Parts Division (CSSP) direction 2. Lead, coach and develop the Training Center team (Supervisor/Trainer & Staff) to ensure training delivery quality and capacity 3. Build Training Curriculum, Skill Grading, Training Aid and trainer development program for internal and dealer trainers 4. Perform Service Award program: define selection criteria, conduct assessment, and socialize the program to dealers 5. Manage Agricultural Engineer examination and certification program for staff and Dealer, and maintain the skill map/competency matrix 6. Manage Fundamental Training program for our products 7. Manage Non-Fundamental/ Specialize Training program (new product introduction, operation and technical training, soft-skill training) and specific product training 8. Conduct Training Event, record result, monitor field implementation, and conduct Skill Assessment Event within a certain period 9. Organize Technical Contest and coordinate with HO in Japan to select eligible technician for the Global Technical Contest in Japan 10. Ensure availability of Training resources including tools, special tools, equipment, and supporting devices
