Posisi Assistant Manager Foundry berperan strategis dalam memimpin dan mengelola operasional area shop floor foundry guna mendorong keunggulan operasional secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab utama Anda meliputi pengelolaan operasional shop floor foundry berdasarkan kerangka SQCD, menetapkan serta memantau KPI departemen, mengontrol biaya produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan berbagai kendala proses produksi. Anda juga memimpin kegiatan perbaikan berkelanjutan, mengelola pengembangan sumber daya manusia di area foundry, serta berkoordinasi erat dengan departemen terkait demi tercapainya target produksi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: As a Foundry Manager / Assistant Manager , you will play an important role in managing Foundry shop floor operations and driving operational excellence through SQCD, KPI achievement, continuous improvement, and effective people management; Manage Foundry shop floor operations based on SQCD; Set, monitor, and control departmental KPIs; Control production costs and improve operational efficiency; Identify and solve production/process problems; Lead SQCD and continuous improvement activities; Manage and develop human resources in the Foundry process; Coordinate with related departments to achieve production targets.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3 Engineering or Metallurgy; Experience in Foundry Engineering or Manufacturing; Experience as Manufacturing Manager/Assistant Manager is preferred; Good knowledge of Foundry process and Shop Floor Management; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Gemini, etc.); Good English communication skills; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost control skills; Knowledge of SQCD and KPI management.
