Posisi ini memegang peran penting dalam memastikan operasional lantai produksi (shop floor) berjalan efektif, menjaga performa peralatan, serta mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement) untuk mencapai target departemen. Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola operasional Machining & Maintenance berdasarkan metrik SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery). Tugas Anda mencakup penetapan dan pemantauan KPI departemen, memimpin aktivitas perbaikan berkelanjutan, mengelola sumber daya manusia, serta mengidentifikasi dan memecahkan masalah operasional maupun teknis di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: Manage Machining & Maintenance operations and shop floor activities based on SQCD; Set, monitor, and control departmental KPIs; Lead SQCD and continuous improvement activities; Manage and control manpower/resources in Machining & Maintenance; Monitor production and equipment performance; Identify and solve operational and technical problems; Develop and supervise team members to achieve department targets.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3 Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field; Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Machining, Maintenance Engineering, or Manufacturing; Experience as Manufacturing Manager/Assistant Manager or Maintenance Manager/Assistant Manager is preferred; Good knowledge of Machining and Maintenance processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; Knowledge of SQCD, KPI management, and continuous improvement.
