• Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and perform Reorder Point (ROP) calculations
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess stock
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across multiple locations
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain goals are achieved
• Generate and maintain reports on key supply chain metrics, including lead times, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates, and present findings to management
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with e-commerce teams to align inventory availability with online sales demand
• Support the integration of supply chain and e-commerce analytics to improve forecasting and decision-making
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize supply chain operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems that enhance supply chain performance
• Ensure inventory data accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP system (Odoo)
• Identify and monitor Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics
• Proficient in supply chain management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar ERP platforms
• Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP
• Able to perform Reorder Point (ROP) calculations and inventory planning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced business environment
