This role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with company procedures and safety standards, and coordinates with cross-functional departments.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other warehouse items according to company standards; Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and warehouse-related issues; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports, including inventory status and operational performance; Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and work quality.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain; Minimum 4–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team leader role; Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred; Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.); Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Familiar with inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and 5S; Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
