Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This role ensures inventory accuracy, compliance with company procedures and safety standards, and coordinates with cross-functional departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Minimum 4–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or team leader role
- Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, and 5S
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, and other warehouse items according to company standards
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and warehouse-related issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports, including inventory status and operational performance
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and work quality
