Staff Environment Management System bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan sistem manajemen lingkungan perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup pelaksanaan audit internal, pengendalian dokumen, pengelolaan kepatuhan lingkungan, pengoptimalan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), penerapan standar ISO, GRS, OEKO-TEX, serta evaluasi kinerja lingkungan dan investigasi ketidaksesuaian operasional.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in internal audit, document control, or compliance; Background in environmental management, environmental compliance, or a related sector is preferred; Proficient in internal audit principles and procedures, including preparation, execution, finding identification, and corrective action follow-up; Ability to draft, control, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (IK), and operational workflows; Strong understanding and practical application of ISO standards, GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OEKO-TEX, and other relevant industry audits; Skilled in controlling, organizing, and maintaining documents, data, and official records; Capable of tracking compliance status, evaluating environmental performance, and compiling technical reports; Strong analytical skills to identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, and manage corrective action plans.
