Sebagai Specialist HR IR, Anda akan berperan dalam menangani hubungan industrial, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan HR, prosedur perusahaan, serta hukum ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia. Peran ini membutuhkan kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat untuk berinteraksi dengan karyawan di semua level, kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang tajam, serta kemahiran dalam menggunakan sistem SAP S/4 HANA.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field, preferably within the manufacturing industry; Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and Indonesian employment laws; Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels; Ability to work independently and as part of team; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Familiar and experienced in using Computer : Word, Excel, Power Point, and SAP S/4 HANA systems; Able to communicate in English is an advantage; Having a PERADI/KAI/IKADIN-licensed advocate is also a plus point; Willing to work and stay in Karawang West Java.
