Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major (Engineering or Management background is preferred)
• Proven experience as a Management Representative in a manufacturing company (experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred)
• Hands-on experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and planning capabilities
• Holding a certified auditor license/certificate (e.g., Lead Auditor) is a strong advantage
• Must be available for an in-person interview and able to join immediately (ASAP)

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead, mentor, and elevate the manufacturing Management Representative team
• Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the company’s management systems, including ISO standards, SOPs, and internal policies
• Ensure all Company operations comply with established quality,safety, environment and compliance standards
• Review and update all Company procedures to ensure alignment with ISO requirements and company management systems
• Act as company primary liaison for internal and external auditors
• Coordinate audits, quality inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare and present management system performance reports to the management team
• Conduct employee training and awareness sessions related to management systems and compliance
• Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, customers and relevant external institutions as required
