Perusahaan manufaktur otomotif di Karawang mencari Sales Marketing Assistant Manager untuk memimpin strategi pemasaran, mengelola anggaran aktivitas promosi, serta memperluas jaringan pelanggan pada segmen kendaraan roda dua, roda empat, dan penumpang. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan analisis pasar yang kuat serta koordinasi yang erat dengan tim penjualan untuk mendorong pencapaian target perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers; Find and create new leads on new potential customers; Handling and generate new Request for Quotation (RFQ) from customers; Managing budget for marketing related activities to increase brand awareness; Build and maintain good brand awareness to drive further sales; Conduct market research and competitive analysis for automotive parts; Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns; Coordinate with sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives; Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis; Organize and participate in industry events and exhibitions; Other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Min. Bachelor's degree; Min.
