Deskripsi pekerjaan
Retail Assistant berperan sebagai garda terdepan dalam aktivitas penjualan produk outdoor. Tugas utamanya adalah menjadi penasihat bagi pelanggan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan mereka, memberikan rekomendasi produk yang tepat, serta menjelaskan fitur, fungsi, dan teknologi produk. Retail Assistant juga terlibat dalam seluruh alur penjualan, mulai dari kedatangan produk di toko hingga produk sampai ke tangan pelanggan.
Tanggung jawab: Be an Advisor to the customer; Build communication with customers to identify needs; Provide product recommendations; Explain detailed product information (features, function, material & technology); Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities.
Kualifikasi: Minimal SMA/SMK (D3/S1 lebih disukai); Good communication and interpersonal skills; Pengalaman di bidang sales/marketing (SPG/SPB) lebih disukai; Customer Oriented; Willing to work shifts and work on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores.
