PT Mulia Indah Cosmetindo adalah produsen kosmetik yang berbasis di Gunung Putri, Bogor, Jawa Barat, yang mengkhususkan diri dalam produksi produk kosmetik untuk pasar domestik maupun internasional. Perusahaan berkomitmen pada inovasi dan kualitas dalam setiap produk yang dihasilkan. Sebagai Research & Development Manager, Anda memegang peran strategis dalam mendorong inovasi dan pengembangan produk di fasilitas manufaktur. Anda akan memimpin fungsi R&D, mengawasi penciptaan dan peningkatan formulasi kosmetik, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar industri dan persyaratan regulasi yang ketat.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage the Research and Development team to develop innovative cosmetic formulations and products; Oversee the planning, execution and completion of R&D projects from concept through to finish goods.; Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for new product development; Ensure all R&D activities comply with cosmetic regulations, safety standards and quality requirements; Collaborate with Marketing, Production and Quality Control teams to ensure seamless transition of products from development to manufacturing; Document all R&D processes, formulations and results in comprehensive technical reports; Identify and evaluate new raw materials, ingredients and manufacturing techniques to enhance product performance and sustainability; Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D department to optimize productivity and innovation; Mentor and develop R&D team members, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
