This role oversees the workshop, fabrication, and warehouse operations for an aluminium façade company. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time project delivery. This includes planning production schedules, managing manpower and machinery, and coordinating with various departments like Engineering, Procurement, and QC to ensure all products meet technical specifications.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.; Minimum 7 years of experience in aluminium façade fabrication, manufacturing, or façade contracting, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.; Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems and fabrication processes.; Experience in workshop operations, production planning, warehouse & inventory management, and project coordination.; Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.; Able to lead with integrity and emotional intelligence.; Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.; English proficiency is an advantage..
