Lead purchasing operations, manage suppliers, optimize procurement, control inventory, and support production in the garment industry.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise the Purchasing team to ensure smooth daily operations; Plan material procurement based on garment production schedules and business needs; Manage supplier performance and maintain strategic supplier relationships; Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to optimize procurement costs; Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability; Analyze purchasing performance and prepare reports to support management decisions; Requirements :; Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major; Minimum 5 years of Purchasing experience including supervisory experience, specifically in the garment industry; Strong knowledge of garment materials, procurement, and inventory control; Good command in English, both written and spoken; Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills; Candidate with Mandarin language skills are preferred; Willing to work in Majalaya–Bandung; Candidates must have prior Purchasing experience in the garment/apparel manufacturing industry.
