Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam membuat, mengoptimalkan, serta memverifikasi tata letak pola pakaian (markers) secara akurat menggunakan software CAD maupun metode manual. Peran ini krusial untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan bahan kain, meminimalkan limbah material, serta memastikan eksekusi garis potong yang presisi demi kelancaran proses pemotongan dan penjahitan.
Tanggung jawab: Draft and organize pattern pieces into high-density marker layouts using CAD software (Lectra Diamino) according to style specifications and fabric widths; Adjust pattern grainlines, directionality, one-way directional prints, nap, and shade variations to meet quality standards; Calculate fabric consumption rates (YY/Yield per garment) and efficiency percentages for production costing and order planning; Work closely with the Procurement and Cutting teams to optimize fabric yields and reduce remnant/cutting waste; Check markers against production order details, size breakdowns, shrinkage allowances, and fabric stretch profiles; Verify pattern integrity, notch alignments, seam allowances, and grading accuracy prior to sending markers to plotter/cutting operations; Print/plot markers accurately on paper or send digital files directly to automated cutting machines (CAM/CNC cutters); Maintain marker logs, database records, style change history, and fabric utilization reports for audit and reference; Coordinate with Pattern Makers and CAD Designers to correct pattern errors or discrepancies before mass cutting; Communicate cutting instructions, directional nuances, and fabric flaw rules to Cutting Room Supervisors and Spreading teams.
Kualifikasi: Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or a related field; Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marker planning and CAD operations within a garment manufacturing environment; Hands-on proficiency with major apparel CAD systems (Lectra Modaris/Diamino); Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior (knits, wovens, stretch, plaid/stripe matching), shrinkage, and grainline rules; Basic knowledge of automated spreading and cutting machinery (CAM); Competencies: High attention to detail, strong mathematical/spatial analytical skills, and solid time-management capabilities under tight production deadlines; Technical Skills:.
