Purchasing & EXIM Supervisor / Assistant Manager Requirement •Minimum Degree Level: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Industrial Engineering or Related Field

•Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Purchasing & EXIM, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role within a Bonded Zone manufacturing setup. • Command in both written and English and computer literate •Skills: In-depth knowledge of CEISA, customs regulations.

Tasks & responsibilities •Supervise and ensure all export-import operational processes run smoothly, on time, and in compliance with company SOPs. •Customs Data Prep: Prepare and upload shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB) into the Customs portal for BC 2.3, BC 2.5, and BC 3.0 creation.

•Monitors customs status. If a "Red Line" (Jalur Merah) occurs, coordinates physical inspection with Customs officers at the port. Skills in preparing SOP and other documents •Ensure the completeness and accuracy of export-import documents, including PEB, PIB, Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO (Certificate of Origin), and other supporting documents. •Verifies the HS Code against in the Material Master and checks for any import permits (lartas).

•Monitor daily shipment status to proactively prevent delays, cargo mishandling, or documentation error. •Oversee the customs clearance process to ensure all operational activities comply with Customs regulations and applicable export-import laws. •Handle operational issues, shipment delays, documentary discrepancies, and on-site problems promptly and effectively.
