Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Nutrition, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in product development, application, or R&D within the dairy or food ingredients industry
• Strong knowledge of dairy ingredients, formulation, and food processing
• Familiar with product development processes from concept to commercialization
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact with customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; English communication skills are an advantage
• Willing to WFO at MM2100 - Bekasi

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop innovative dairy applications based on market trends, customer insights, and business needs
• Formulate and optimize dairy products from concept to commercialization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to deliver customer-oriented solutions
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations for customers and internal commercial teams
• Validate product performance through trials, customer feedback, and continuous improvement
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure development activities comply with company standards
