Sebuah perusahaan manufaktur ban membuka kesempatan bagi lulusan baru dan insinyur berpengalaman awal untuk bergabung di Karawang Factory – Indotaisei Industrial Park, Cikampek, Karawang. Posisi Process Engineer ini menawarkan lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif dan inovatif untuk mengembangkan proses manufaktur kelas dunia, mengoptimalkan produktivitas, serta berkontribusi dalam proyek peningkatan berkelanjutan yang berdampak tinggi.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, monitor, and improve tyre manufacturing processes to achieve optimum productivity and efficiency; Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction; Support new product introduction and process validation activities; Investigate process abnormalities and conduct root cause analysis using problem-solving methodologies; Improve process capability, product quality, and manufacturing consistency; Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to achieve operational excellence; Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and performance presentations; Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university; Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00; Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply; Good command of spoken and written English; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Passionate about manufacturing processes and continuous improvement; Willing to be assigned at Karawang Factory – Indotaisei Industrial Park, Cikampek, Karawang.
