Peran Facility Affair Engineer bertanggung jawab secara menyeluruh untuk mengelola, memelihara, serta memastikan kelancaran operasional fasilitas pabrik, utilitas, dan sistem ESD di lingkungan manufaktur. Posisi ini memegang peran krusial dalam menjaga keandalan infrastruktur fisik melalui pemeliharaan preventif maupun korektif, penanganan troubleshooting, serta penerapan standar keselamatan kerja yang ketat.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and ensure the proper functioning of the ESD system—including grounding, ESD flooring, workstations, wrist straps, footwear, and ionizers—and conduct inspections and follow-ups to address any issues; Operate, monitor, and maintain factory facilities and utilities, such as electrical systems, HVAC, compressors, water systems, wastewater treatment, generators, pumps, and fire protection systems; Perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure facilities remain safe and fully operational; Monitor electrical and mechanical systems, including MV/LV panels, transformers, generators, HVAC units, AHUs, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment; Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, checklists, SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance/inspection reports; Support facility projects, installations, modifications, and improvements, and coordinate with contractors and vendors; Ensure all facility work complies with safety, environmental, legal, and company standards; Monitor the consumption of electricity, water, compressed air, and other utilities, and identify opportunities for energy and cost savings.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, Facility Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facility, Utility, or Engineering roles, particularly within a manufacturing environment; Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, compressors, water systems, pumps, generators, and industrial utilities; Understanding of ESD systems and ESD control is an advantage; Experienced in maintenance, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and preventive maintenance; Proficient in reading electrical diagrams, single-line diagrams, technical drawings, and facility layouts; Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD skills are an advantage; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; Possession of certifications in Electrical Safety (K3 Listrik), ESD, HVAC, or other relevant areas is an advantage.
