Operational Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of daily resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Guest Services.

Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Able to monitor operational performance, service quality, and departmental KPIs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required. Placement: Cikole
