About the Role As Maintenance Engineer at our Cikarang manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of production line equipment — supporting uninterrupted operations and continuous improvement across the plant. Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and corrective maintenance activities on production line equipment to ensure optimal performance and availability Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults on manufacturing equipment in a timely manner Implement preventive maintenance programs in line with OEM standards and company maintenance schedules

Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support operational continuity Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately in the maintenance management system Identify opportunities for equipment improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards at all times What We Are Looking For Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
