Foreman Predictive Maintenance & Improvement

Responsibilities Develop and ensure preventive maintenance schedules. Perform predictive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and downtime.

Provide guidance on maintenance methods and spare part usage to optimize machine performance and extend part lifetime. Analyze machine failures and propose improvements or new methods to increase machine reliability. Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians in daily maintenance activities.

Prepare maintenance, breakdown, and machine improvement reports. Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing/FMCG industry. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement. Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Experience handling filling machines, knowledge of GMP, food safety, and occupational safety standards is preferred. Placement: Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
