Tanggung Jawab

• Creating delivery notes for outgoing goods to customers
• Inputting finished goods data and incoming goods delivery notes into the Accurate system
• Managing logistics administrative workflows by generating Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Drafting budget forecasts for operational logistics requirements
• Conducting vendor comparisons to fulfill logistics needs
• Actively communicating with Customs Brokerage firms (PPJK) regarding export-import activities
• Checking and verifying the completeness of export-import documentation (BL, NPE, PEB, and BC 2.0)
• Submitting logistics invoices for payment processing
• Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customs brokers
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Export-Import
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
• Good in computer skills Microsoft Office Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Have knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
• Understanding of distribution, delivery, and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with inventory systems/software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting
• Problem-solving skills in handling logistic and delivery issues
• Will be placed in Cikarang
