Posisi ini bertanggung jawab atas seluruh aktivitas penyewaan, penjualan, dan manajemen sewa properti ritel. Peran ini mencakup perencanaan dan implementasi strategi penyewaan, penanganan dokumentasi sewa, serta pengelolaan hubungan antara pemilik properti dan penyewa. Selain itu, Leasing Executive bertugas memantau pembayaran sewa untuk memastikan penyelesaian tepat waktu dan mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan untuk pemulihan tunggakan. Peran ini juga melibatkan kegiatan pemasaran, melakukan panggilan penjualan, serta memandu calon penyewa dalam sesi kunjungan lokasi (site viewing) dan presentasi.
Tanggung jawab: Planning and implementing the tenancy; Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management; Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears; Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships; Conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations.
Kualifikasi: Diploma / Bachelor Degree from any majors would be preferable; 1 – 2 years of retail leasing experience; Strong communications skills; Resourceful and has the ability to work well with landlord and tenants; Good proficiency in MS Office.
