Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan pengembang, tim QA, dan pemangku kepentingan sepanjang pengiriman proyek, mendukung implementasi sistem, pengujian, serta identifikasi peluang peningkatan proses bisnis melalui teknologi.
Tanggung jawab: Partner with business teams to understand, analyze, and document business requirements; Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions; Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout project delivery; Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance, and deployment; Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology; Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross-functional communication; Lead or support IT enhancement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum 4–6 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role; Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions; Familiar with project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall; Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
