• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes in a professional manner
• Communicate effectively with Japanese guests by providing interpretation and translation support
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records accurately
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide information about residence facilities, services, and local areas
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in Japanese and other required languages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
• Other duties as assigned
• Job Requirements:
• Diploma's degree
• High Conversational Japanese N3 & High Conversational English proficiency
• 1 year of experience as Guest Relation from Hotel/Apartment
• Possess omotenashi spirit; friendly, well-mannered, polite, with a neat looks, strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident
