We are looking for talented talents to join our company. About the role We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join PT Hifeed Climate Tech Ventures on a contract basis , based in Bandung, West Java . This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, serving as the primary liaison between our organisation and our investors, stakeholders, and the broader financial community. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective investors, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and confident in our climate-tech investment thesis and portfolio performance. This position requires a strategic communicator who understands both the corporate finance landscape and the unique dynamics of climate technology ventures.

Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive investor relations strategies that enhance PT Hifeed's visibility and credibility within the investment community Manage relationships with institutional investors, venture capital firms, and other key stakeholders through regular meetings, updates, and presentations

Prepare and deliver compelling investor presentations, pitch materials, and financial reports that clearly articulate the fund's investment strategy, performance metrics, and climate impact Coordinate investor communications including newsletters, quarterly updates, and ad-hoc reports on portfolio performance and market developments Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential investors aligned with our climate-tech investment focus

Facilitate investor queries and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses regarding fund performance, portfolio companies, and strategic direction Support fundraising initiatives by preparing materials, managing investor databases, and coordinating due diligence processes Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and feedback to inform strategy refinement and business development efforts
