The Industrial Relations Officer will be based at the company's mill in Karawang, West Java, serving as a key liaison between management and employees. This full-time role focuses on supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour laws, and fostering a productive work environment. Responsibilities include managing grievances, disciplinary matters, and disputes, while maintaining effective communication with unions and worker committees.
Tanggung jawab: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and disputes in a fair, impartial and timely manner; Maintain effective communication and dialogue with employee representatives, unions, and worker committees; Support on labour law compliance, employee relations matters, and potential legal risks; Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including working hours, leave entitlements, health and safety regulations, and termination procedures; Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction; Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to employment contracts, collective agreements, and labour disputes; Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi: Experienced in Industrial Relations; Understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations; Ability to handle employee grievances and disputes; Experience in maintaining documentation for employment contracts and collective agreements.
