Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English is a must. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR role.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management. Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices. Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and termination processes.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct new employee induction and orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, employee data management, transfers, confirmations, and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, probation evaluations, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and termination documents
- Handle employee relations matters and provide HR support to employees and managers, including disciplinary actions, performance improvement processes, resignations, and terminations
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, probation status, and ensure HR records remain accurate and compliant with company policies and labor regulations
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports, including hiring progress, headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
