Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Quality field within the automotive manufacturing industry
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role such as Head Quality, Quality Manager, or equivalent
• APQP
• PPAP
• FMEA
• SPC
• MSA
• Control Plan
• 8D Problem Solving
• Familiar with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) for automotive customers
• Experienced in handling customer complaints, supplier quality, internal quality, and external customer requirements
• Experienced in Internal, External, Customer, and Certification Audits
• Good understanding of Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturing processes
• Able to read 2D/3D engineering drawings and understand GD&T
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of:
• Certified Lead Auditor IATF 16949 or ISO 9001
• Experience working with OEM or Tier-1 automotive customers
• Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturing
• Familiar with ERP Systems and digital quality reporting

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and manage all Quality functions, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Customer Quality, and Supplier Quality
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and company policies
• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Monitor and control Quality KPIs such as Customer Complaint, PPM, Internal Reject, Scrap Rate, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure effective implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate and lead Internal Audits, External Audits, Customer Audits, and Certification Audits
• Oversee the implementation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans for new and existing products
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Sales to resolve quality-related issues
• Develop, coach, and evaluate the performance of the Quality team
• Prepare periodic Quality performance reports and present them to Management
